Refunds are only provided if the product is delivered in a damaged condition or is lost during shipment. Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with the product or minor issues such as slight color differences.

3. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be credited within 2-3 business days after the returned product has been successfully picked up and inspected. The refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for products with dissatisfaction related to design, size, or color variations. Customized products are also non-refundable unless they arrive in a damaged condition.


5. Lost Shipments
In case of a lost shipment, customers can either opt for a full refund or have the product replaced and re-dispatched at no additional cost.
